I'll make sure your financial reports are showing all the information you need, @matthewtuttle-th

I can see the importance of reviewing the Profit and Loss (P&L) report to show the exact financial status of your business. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed pages, you can first log into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser to isolate the issue. Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox or Internet Explorer)
  • Control + Option + P (Safari)

Once done, try to run the report again and click the customization button and filter the necessary details. If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh.

You can also do this task on other supported, up-to-date browsers like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with clean trash.

Thanks Abegail for your response. I tried that and that didn't work. I contacted Quickbooks and the first thing they asked me was had I tried what you suggested so kudos! Turns out there is a software glitch as I'm not the only one have this problem; software engineers are aware of the problem and are working on it...
