I closed my business. I am left my acct open for 5-7 years, in case of IRS audit. Is there a cheaper subscript to just have access but no more activity with business.

What have those you done with your QB acct. when you closed your businesses?

Hello, @ambrosiamic.

If you're no longer using QuickBooks Online, you can cancel your subscription. To do that, you can follow the steps below:

To cancel the account, here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top right and choose Account and Settings
  2. Click the Billing & Subscription tab at the left pane. Then, select Cancel in the QuickBooks section.
  3. Follow the next steps.
  4. Tick Submit and cancel subscription. Once done, click Got it.

Please know that once you cancel your account, you'll be given a year of read-only access to get all the data you needed from your company. Once the given time is up, Intuit cleans out the data from canceled accounts.

Also, you can use this link to know about the type of plan and pricing of QuickBooks Online and its feature: Plan and Pricing.
