I currently use Quickbooks for a US company. We are creating a Canadian subsidiary. Can I add a Canadian company using the same login I use for the US company?

Yes, you can sign up for the QBO Canada version and use the same login credentials with your US account. You can visit our website for more information https://quickbooks.intuit.com/ca/.
