I'll be delighted to share how you can add another user to QuickBooks Online. You can subscribe to one of the QuickBooks Online versions recommended by Fiat Lux - ASIA.

In QBO, you can track multiple locations with the same company using our Location Tracking feature, providing you have only one EIN.

Then add a user to manage QuickBooks in a different location or computer.

Let me show you how:

1. Run a supported browser for QuickBooks Online and then select your country.
2. You can click the switch button to either purchase it with a discounted price or Start Free Trial.
3. Click Select to choose a product, e.g., Essentials, Plus, or Advanced.
4. You can then Select a payroll service (optional) or Continue without payroll.
5. Click Checkout to subscribe.
6. Enter your sign-in credentials and information needed.

Once signed in, you can then add a user in QuickBooks Online by following these steps:

1. Go to the Gear/Settings ⚙ icon and then select Manage users.
2. Click Add user.
3. Choose the user type you want to create.
4. Enter the new user’s name and email address, then hit Save.
