To begin, sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Click on the Help icon (?).
- Navigate to the Assistant tab and enter your question or topic to get personalized assistance.
- Alternatively, you can select the Search tab and type in a keyword or topic to reveal the Contact Us button, allowing you to reach out for further support.
Please be aware that support hours vary based on your subscription type:
- For Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start subscribers, assistance is available Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and on Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
