Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, @liquafy9.

If your bank shows that this new credit card number is a new account, we need to disconnect the old credit card and connect the new replacement card.

Before doing that, we need to categorize or match any pending transactions because when you disconnect, any uncategorized transactions in that tab may disappear. Here's how:

  1. Go to the All apps menu, then Accounting.
  2. In the Pending tab, categorize or match any transactions.
  3. Head to the Pencil icon, then Account Details
  4. Click the Disconnect this account on save box.
  5. Click Yes.

Once done, here's the process to connect your new replacement card:

  1. Navigate to the Link account in the top right of your screen.
  2. Enter and find your bank in the Search bar.
  3. Sign to your Bank.
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to connect.

However, if your bank indicates that this is a similar replacement card and only your bank login information has changed, let's update your bank information instead. Here's how:

  1. Select the Pencil icon on the account tile you want to edit.
  2. Click Edit account sign in
  3. Enter your updated bank login information.
  4. Click Save and connect.
