I had the free trial of QB online plus and it’s since expired. I want to import that data to the simple start subscription I just started as that’s really all I need.

I'll guide you in transferring your data, Danimal260.

As long you can still sign in to your expired account, we can export your list of customers, vendors, and products and services to Excel. Then, we'll import them to your QBO Simple Start account. By the way, the Simple Start version doesn't offer inventory tracking.

Export data:

1. Click on the Gear icon and choose Export data.
2. Choose the reports and the lists that you want to export.
3. Click on Export to Excel.

Import data:

1. Click on the Gear icon and choose Import data.
2. Choose the lists that you want to import and follow the on-screen instructions.

As for your transactions, you can download them from your bank account and upload them to QuickBooks via the Banking page. See more info about uploading transactions.

You have to use a 3rd party app migrating some transaction type to another QBO account.
