Let's make sure that we've entered the correct User ID and Password of your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.

If the same thing happens, we can reset your application's data. You can do that by following the steps based on your device:

For Android:

  1. Go to the More Options icon.
  2. Select Settings
  3. Tap Refresh Data and choose Yes.

If you're using an iOS device:

  1. Go to the Menu.
  2. Select Help & Feedback
  3. Tap Refresh Data and click Refresh.

I've also added an article for some FAQs about QuickBooks Self-Employed: QuickBooks Self-Employed Overview.

Feel free to get back to this thread if there's anything that I can help. Take care!
