I have a client sent me an invitation on my email to access their books the page took me to create and account then led me to the home page of a brand new page and i cant see any accounts which is my client's could you please guide me

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Let's make sure you're using the same email address as your client invite you to access the account. If not, that could be the reason why you're unable to view the account. If that's the case, let your client sent you an invitation again with the same credential you log in.
