I have a client who manages rental properties. Need reports that detail each transaction, the amount, who paid, etc. Looking for an app that is scaleable?

Great news, @Denny!

 

You can pull up the Transaction List by Client report and get this done in no time.

 

The Transaction List by Client report allows you to run the report with all transactions of your client and have it customized to match with what you need.

 

Here's how:

  1. On the Reports page, go to the Sales and Customers list.
  2. Find and choose the Transaction List by Client report.
  3. Click Customize.
  4. Select Rows/Columns, then Change columns.
  5. Choose the options Client and A/R Paid.
  6. Click Run report.

After customizing the report, you can save it by clicking Save customization and look for it on the Custom Reports tab when needed.

 

For the application, you can click this link to see the list and what apps you can choose: https://appcenter.intuit.com. After selecting the app, go to the App Information to learn more about the application. Also, if you have further app-specific questions, we recommend contacting their technical support.

I was looking for a 3rd party application recommendation.  I am not looking to do this through QBO.
