Thanks for joining us in the Community, jmre4.

When customizing reports with a CC Expires option, the information displayed in that column will be pulled from your records in QuickBooks. To confirm my understanding, are you saying the info on this report is not matching what's on file in your customer's profiles, or are you now trying to process the card and finding that the expiration dates shown on the report are inaccurate?

If it's the latter, you'll definitely want to check with each customer this is occurring for to assure what's saved in their profiles is accurate. Verify with them what the correct credit card info is, including expiration dates, then match it with what's showing in each client's record. If you find anything that's not correct, the customer's card details can be edited.

After doing this, your Customer Contact List report can be regenerated and will display the same detail that's contained within each client file.

I'll be looking forward to hearing back. Have a wonderful day!

No that is not the information I am looking for.   The information the custom report pulls is original credit card expiration dates.  As the credit cards are updated it does not pull the new expiration dates.

The goal is to have a report that shows cards that will be expiring soon but it does not pull the updated data.
