In QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), you're allowed to use one username per account. There is a possibility that what you're trying to log in to s a trial account reason why you're asked to sign up for a monthly payment plan. Be sure to use the correct username and password so you can log in to the correct account.
If you're trying to login using a web browser when this happens even though the credentials are correct, I recommend performing some basic troubleshooting to fix this.
Let's start by using a private browser. This doesn't store data in the cache, reason why it's the best place to isolate browser issues.
If it works, please clear the cache on your browser to delete some outdated files. Otherwise, you can try using other supported browsers to be thorough.
If you're experiencing the same thing, I encourage reaching out to our Support Team. They have extra tools that can help check your account securely and be able to help you further.
You can reach them by following the steps below:
The details on how to get in touch with the support are outlined in this article: How to contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.
