Once the trial version of QuickBooks ended, the data is available for 90 days. Exporting the data within that period is a must so you can access them in the future. If the extension has ended and the account was closed, I suggest reaching out to our Support Team so they can help you retrieve your data.
To contact support:
- Tap on Contact us from the Help menu.
- Type-in a short description of your concern under the What can we help you with? section, then click on Let's talk.
- Choose a way to connect with a representative.
If you cannot log in to QuickBooks, you can use our test drive to replicate the steps provided above.
