You'll receive this error message when you exceed the number of attempts allowed. You can follow the steps below on how to contact our Customer Care Team. They'll be able to help you unlock and reset your pin.
- Go to Help and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click Contact Us.
- Let them know that you're unable to see the transactions using the search tool.
- Click Continue, then select if you want to schedule a callback.
