I got you covered in combining your QuickBooks Online (QBO) companies into a single user name. You can do this by inviting your other account as a company admin.
First, decide which of your accounts you want to use. Then, follow the steps below:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Select Manage Users.
- Tap the Add user button.
- Choose Company admin, then press Next.
- Enter the first and last name, as well as the email address on the provided fields.
- When done, hit Save.
- Check your email, then accept the invitation.
Repeat the steps I provided above for all your other accounts.
