I have multiple usernames for different accounts, before I knew what I was doing. Is there a way to combine all access under one username?

Hi @mbruhncscs,

I got you covered in combining your QuickBooks Online (QBO) companies into a single user name. You can do this by inviting your other account as a company admin.

First, decide which of your accounts you want to use. Then, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Manage Users
  3. Tap the Add user button.
  4. Choose Company admin, then press Next.
  5. Enter the first and last name, as well as the email address on the provided fields.
  6. When done, hit Save.
  7. Check your email, then accept the invitation.

Repeat the steps I provided above for all your other accounts.

If you need to transfer the Master admin rights, you can follow the steps listed in this article: Change your QuickBooks Online master admin user. Scroll down the page and click the Choose an existing user link to see the steps.
