The service LIVE was not rendered, I've opened several tickets and there is no response. This is frustrating, this is a mediocre service and one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
I need my account to be reinstated as IT WAS PAID ! And I need you to render the service under the LIVE SETUP.
I paid more than 200 USD in advance, and 50 USD for the live service. Quickbooks took my $202.50 cancelled my account, took my 50 USD and did not render the service.
I will sue in small claims court as this qualifies as fake advertisement and failure to render a service as contracted.

You can contact our Customer Care Technical Support to assist you reinstate your account. They have advanced tools to pull up your account and help fix the issue. This should be fixed in no time.
