Hello, @usersojourner11.

I'm here to present steps on how to get a personal transaction report in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

I'd suggest pulling up the Business and personal expense report if you categorized the owner's withdrawal to transfer.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Reports tab.
  2. Choose the Business and personal expenses section.
  3. Pick a Year to Date in the drop-down menu.
  4. Hit View link.

If you didn't see this option in your account, that means the transaction is not categorized as a transfer. Also, the transactions you've tracked under Personal will not appear in any of the reports. For more details, check out this article: Categorize money transfers in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

I've also added some articles about customizing reports, FAQs in QBSE, and managing transactions.

Let me know if you have follow-up questions. I'm happy to support you. Have a great day.
