I have QB Acctountant 2012 - not able to use password I have used for years

Hello, I am having trouble with my password as Admin, I never changed. I clicked on security question, then in one second, I saw a foreign language translated. I am not able to get in QB since it will not recognize my password. I have QB Acct 2012

I'd like to help you get access to your account, FL Bookkeeper.

 

In QuickBooks Desktop, we have the Automated Password Reset tool that can help you reset the admin password.

 

Here are the steps:

 

  1. In the No Company Open window, select the company name and click the Open.
  2. Select the I forgot my password link beside the Password field.
  3. Enter your company information and click OK.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

You can also sign in to your Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPS) to get the company information.
