I have Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2018. I am trying to download/print my 941 quarterly reports for 2019. How do I do that?

We can update QuickBooks first before we print your forms. Then, follow these easy steps to get started. 

1. From the Employees menu, choose Payroll Forms & W-2s.
2. Select Process Payroll Forms.
3. Double-click Quarterly Form 941/Schedule B.
4. Choose the Year or Quarter and Quarter Ending date from the drop-down. 
5. Click OK.
6. Select Open Draft and then Print for Your Records. Also click Save as PDF for another copy.
7. Click Save then Save and Close.

You cannot at this point in time print a new proper 2019 941 form as QB only provides current year forms. ONce the deadline for filing Q4 2019 was past the only forms you could create new are for 2020.

If you paper filed you can pull up the pdf's directly in your payroll center, forms section.  If you filed through QB you cannot pull them up so readily but will have to navigate through your hard drive to find the [ayroll tax form history folder in the company files section. A quick way to find would be a global hard drive search for any file of format 2019*_INWKS941.pdf where * represents 4 digit mo/yr of filing period 20191231_INWKS941.pdf is Q4 2019
