I have reconciled my bank account and my credit card accounts. When i try to print the reports they are blank. I can see the reconcilation report on the screen?

Any ideas why it prints blank?

If you are using the QuickBooks Online (QBO) desktop app when experiencing this error, this is due to an ongoing investigation (INV-41724). Rest assured that our product engineers are working hard to get this fixed. You'll also receive an update through email once it's fixed.

 

You can use a supported, up-to-date browser as an alternative to print the report. 

 

You can also get in touch with our Customer Care Team. I'll guide you how.

 

  1. From your dashboard, click the Help icon.
  2. Tap the Contact Us button.
  3. Type in your concern, then click Let's talk.
  4. You can either choose Message an agent or Get a callback.
  5. Enter the needed information to start the message or get a callback.

Our Customer Care Support is available from 6 am-5:30 pm PT (Mon-Fri).

Thank you for the information.  I went online and was able to print the reports.  I hope they fix the problem.
