I have renewed my quickbooks self employed through the the app, charges and money was collected but still saying that I have not renewed - Need help to resolve

I have checked both the app and the desktop version for confirmation of renewal - both versions indicated that subscription has expired. How can I resolve this?

Make sure to use the correct login credentials of the subscribed account. Also, update the app to its latest version.
