I can show you how to track your income and expenses by apartment buildings, mikelafrance.

The Class and Location tracking feature is available in both QuickBooks Online Plus and Advanced. We can check your subscription plan first before we can turn the feature on. 

Here's how you verify your subscription:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
2. Click the Billing and Subscription menu.
3. Under QuickBooks Online you can see what plan or version you have.

If you have QuickBooks Online Simple Start or Essential, you'll want to upgrade your plan. Once you have the version that can use the feature, you can now turn it on and set it up. You can check out this link for more details: Get started with class tracking in QuickBooks Online.
