Good day, gilesbelfrage.

This particular behavior typically occurs if the website information is being stored in the web browser's cache. In this case, let's start by accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account through an incognito window. I'll guide you how.

To open an incognito window in all supported browsers, refer to these shortcut keys:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift +
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N

Once logged in, try exporting the report again. Then, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache if it the numbers show up. Otherwise, let's switch to another browser if the issue persists.

If you want more details on your report, you can customize it and filter for specific things. Here's the link for reference: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online. From there, you can get more information out of your custom reports.
