I'd like to help you re-establish your bank connection in QuickBooks Online. However, I'll need to confirm first if you've got an error message during the process? If so, can you share it with me? This way, we can also check if there's any reported issue similar to yours. 

 

Though, it could be that QuickBooks asks to complete a secure connection with your bank account. With that, the security questions indicates that we need to answer them to protect and restore your QBO bank connection. If you've updated your online banking credential through your financial institution, it would be best to update your credentials to your QBO account to reflect the new information.

 

On the other hand, if you mean that the system is telling you that your security question answers are incorrect even though you've entered them correctly in QuickBooks, we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to sort it out. 

 

Refresh your browser by clicking the Reload icon or pressing F5 on your keyboard. If the same thing happens, log in to your account through an incognito window. This mode doesn't store cache that's why we recommend using it.

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Once logged in, check if everything goes well. If it works fine, go back to your main browser and clear the cache. This helps remove any browser-related issues and refresh your browser's settings. Aside from that, you can use other compatible browsers in QuickBooks.
