Let's clear Intuit-specific cookies from your browser. This way, your QuickBooks password will be deleted when trying to access the account.
Clearing Intuit-specific cookies depends on the browser you use when logging in to your QuickBooks Online account. You can read this article and follow the steps depending on the browser you're using: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
However, if you're using QuickBooks App for Windows, you can uninstall the application to avoid the computer's technician to access it.
I'm adding this article for more details: QuickBooks App for Windows and Mac: General support.
As always, feel free to visit our QuickBooks Community help website if you need tips and related articles in the future.

If you are using Chrome or other browser app, try unistalling it on your computer to clear the cache completely. Restart the computer and reinstall the browser app again.
Another quick option, go to your Chrome settings and find Autofill to manage our needs.
Hope it helps.
