There is no need to create a new QuickBooks Online (QBO) profile account for your other business, Biggsmichael382. You can use the same login credentials to set up and switch between companies.

Please note that each QBO company file requires a subscription for individual financial tracking. To proceed with the setup, visit the QuickBooks pricing page to choose the desired subscription and then follow the instructions below that apply to your situation:

  • If you've logged into QuickBooks, ensure to verify your account. Once confirmed, click on Continue.

  • If you haven’t signed in, look for the Adding a company to an existing account section and click on the Sign In link. Use your existing user ID and password to log in. Once in, go to the Choose your company menu and select Create a New Company.

With multiple QBO company files set up, a prompt will appear for you to select which business to open each time you sign in. To change between them, click the Gear icon and choose Switch Company.

You might also want to consider checking our  QuickBooks Live Expert, who can help streamline your financial accounts and records.

Feel free to ask any additional questions about managing your QBO company accounts in the comments below.
