I just logged into my account and all my info is gone.

Let's figure out what happened here, renemajuta.

Do you have an active subscription? If so, the system might still be loading the data of the account you logged in. Aside from that, cache might have contributed on this unexpected result that we have right now. Though it helps your browser's background processes run smoothly, this can also cause unexpected issues when piled up. Here's how to get rid of any cache-related concerns:

  1. Open a private browser and log in to your QBO account. It uses but doesn't store cache.
  2. If your data loads successfully, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.
  3. Other supported browsers are good alternatives, too. Each of them uses a different cache.

If the account you logged in has an inactive QBO subscription, your data will remain in our system for a year. Your data will be completely deleted if you won't resubscribe within that period. You can got to the Learn what happens to your data after you cancel section of this article for reference: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial.

If the same thing happens, you can contact our Customer Care Team about this matter. They can review your account and provide additional information of what is happening. You can reach them using this link: QuickBooks Online Support.

Let us know how this goes so we can further assist you with your account.
