I just switched from QB on the PC to QB online. Where do I find the balance sheet report

Welcome to QuickBooks Online, userlylej4!

You can simply go to Reports and search for Balance Sheet. That's it. You can also scroll down to the Business Overview section to see the other reports like Profit and Loss and Statement of Cash Flows.

I did search for Balance Sheet - it does not appear.

I did go to reports and search for
"Balance Sheet" - nothing appeared (unless you

call it something different).

The Balance Sheet report is also called a Statement of Financial Position to other business entities, like nonprofit organizations. If you set your company to this entity, you can use that term in searching the report on the Reports tab. 

Also, here's the list of reports included in your QuickBooks Online subscription. 

If the same thing happens, you'll want to perform these steps to see if this issue is due to a browser error. Start by using an incognito window and pull up the report from there.

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P  

Then, you'll, want to clear the cache since it causes errors too in QuickBooks Online. Also, make sure that the browser is supported and up-to-date.
