To troubleshoot effectively, could you share the exact error message or code you're seeing? Is this your first time connecting Chime or a reconnection? Is this for Bank Feeds (transaction downloads) or your Payments deposit (to receive customer payments)?

While I wait for those details, I recommend logging into your bank's website and check for any notifications or alerts that may restrict QBO from connecting to your account.
 

In case this is a bank feed concern, you can manually upload transactions for categorization as an alternative option.
