I'm an existing customer and i just added 2 companies but i'm unable to login or see the new accounts

Hey there, Hassan.edge.

 

Let's make sure you're using the correct credentials (User ID and password) when logging in. 

 

Though, if the information is correct, let's try to reset your password or recover your user ID. Here's how:

  1. Go to qbo.intuit.com.
  2. Click the I forgot my user ID or Password link.
  3. Enter your phone number, email address or user ID, then click Continue.
  4. Follow the instructions, then you'll receive an email to recover your credentials.

If you want your new companies under one user ID, you can consolidate them. You can check this article for the steps: How do I consolidate multiple companies under one user ID?.

 

You can see all your companies under QuickBooks Companies once you log in.
