I'm changing bookkeepers. I pay for Quickbooks online through my bookkeeper and their wholesale account. How do I switch to my new bookkeeper's wholesale account?

I'm changing bookkeepers. I pay for Quickbooks online through my bookkeeper and their wholesale account. How do I switch to my new bookkeeper's wholesale account?

You'll need to be listed in your bookkeeper's QuickBooks Accountant client list to switch to their wholesale account, apricotlaneak.

 

Here's how they should add you:

  1. Click Gear, and under Your Company, select Your Account.
  2. Click Add existing clients.
  3. Select the check boxes of the clients to add.
  4. Click Add Clients.
  5. Read the notification, and select Continue. The Firm Owner is notified by email of the change to the Wholesale Billing subscription.
