Welcome to the Community, @leemiles23,

We want to help you with your questions about downloading data in QuickBooks. However, we need more information about it to provide the right resolution and to get this sorted out promptly.

Are you trying to switch from the Self-Employed version to QuickBooks Online? Which part of the process you're getting a prompt that the password is incorrect? Any additional details you can provide will help ensure a timely solution on this.

While waiting for your response, I suggest resetting the password if you're referring to the login credentials.

Here's how:

  1. Log into your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
  2. Click Forgot your user ID or password
  3. Enter your phone number, email or user ID.
  4. Press Continue.
  5. Follow the rest of the instructions.

In the meantime, you can check the following articles for some links about switching to QBO, as well as changing the password:

Please know that you're always welcome to post any questions you have in this space. I'll be here to help. Have a great day ahead.
