I'm missing 75% of my client list on the phone app. I can access the entire list on my laptop but not on my phone. How do I get the full customers list back on my phone?

I'm missing 75% of my client list on the phone app. I can access the entire list on my laptop but not on my phone. How do I get the full customers list back on my phone?

For most app-related issues, clearing app's data will help fix it. Resetting the app data plays the same role as clearing the cache from your web browser. Browser caches help speed up basic browsing that allows you to save more time when loading repetitive images or information. However, it can impact processes and cause this unexpected behavior when your browser accumulates too much historical data. Not to worry, you can clear them in just a few easy steps.

 

  1. Click the three vertical dots at the top of the screen.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Reset App Data or Refresh Data from the list of menus.
  4. Click Yes.
