I'm not allowed to contact QB directly for this? I was double charged for my subscription just now. One for $5, and an incorrect one for $7. I need the $7 refunded.

In regards to your concern, you can contact our specialist for any type of issue. It could be that you've contacted our specialist during off-hours. That is why the system is not allowing you to get a call from them.
For QuickBooks Self-employed, you can refer the support hours below:
6:00 AM-6:00 PM Monday-Friday
6:00 AM-3:00 PM Saturday
You may want to contact them again tomorrow, starting at 6:00 am. It's the best way where we can figure out why it happened. Then, let's see if they can do something about it.
