I'm trying to close the books, but there's no option in Advanced settings to check that box. Does anyone know why?

Are you signed in as the company admin? If you are logged in as the admin or master on the account, and you are still not seeing the Close the books option in the accounting section of the Advanced tab, can you send a screenshot, please? That will help me determine the next steps.
I'm eager to hear if signing in as an admin solves the problem, if not, I'll be here!
