I'm unable to access my company for the first time

My boss sent me an invite for Quickbooks through our company account. When I log in, it says I'm not associated with any company and to purchase a quickbooks software. I've clicked through some of the basic prompts and the only thing it has me do is change my password. 

 

Can somebody please help?

I'm here to help make sure that you can log into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company account.

 

Just to verify, did you receive the invite through email? If so, you must open the link in a web browser. You won't be able to accept the invitation from the mobile app.

 

On the other hand, if you already opened the link through the browser and your still unable to log in, try using other browsers to isolate this. If the issue persists, have your boss resend the invite link.
