I mispelled the clients name on the new client i added to my list but can not delete it. What should I do?

I mispelled the clients name on the new client i added to my list but can not delete it. What should I do?

Hello, @2017ops1

 

You edit the name to correct it or simply make the customer as inactive.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click on Sales at the left pane, then select Customers.
  2. Tap on the client/customer's name from the result.
  3. Hit on Edit beside New transaction.
  4. Update the client's name to correct it, or click on the Make inactive tab if you wish to inactivate that client.
  5. Save the changes.
