Join nowI have been trying to recover Admin access for my business account for a month as our book keeper left without notice and took our passwords. I have sent the required docs and filled out the form several times. I have spent hours on chat support that goes nowhere. I have requested call back from a supervisor and get no call back. I own multiple business accounts so I do not understand why no one at Intuit will help me!
I can not run reports to pay taxes. I am paying for an account I can not access. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Can anyone help?

If you are still able to login as Company Admin, you may have other options to claim your data back.
I'm basically having the same problem been trying for over a month. still not into the account. How did you get it resolved

You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
