I have been trying to recover Admin access for my business account for a month as our book keeper left without notice and took our passwords. I have sent the required docs and filled out the form several times. I have spent hours on chat support that goes nowhere. I have requested call back from a supervisor and get no call back. I own multiple business accounts so I do not understand why no one at Intuit will help me!
I can not run reports to pay taxes. I am paying for an account I can not access. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Can anyone help?
If you used your email address or user ID to verify your account, you'll get an email with a password reset link.
