I need help canceling my Quickbooks Advanced subscription. I spoke with someone last month who said it would be canceled but is still in fact active. Please call me.

I need help canceling my Quickbooks Advanced subscription. I spoke with someone last month who said it would be canceled but is still in fact active. Please call me.

I'll help you cancel your subscription within your QuickBooks account, joe138.

 

Please note that your data will be available in read-only access for one year after the date of cancelation. Also, check out what happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel? before proceeding with the process.

 

To cancel your subscription:

  1. From the Settings ⚙ icon select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription.
  4. Choose to Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
  5. Follow the next steps.
  6. Click Submit and cancel subscription.
  7. Select Got it.

Once done, an email confirmation will be sent to you that you've canceled your online subscription plan.
