I need help setting up a new loan
I would like for you to remote into my computer
It's nice to have you in the Community again, @gfwilliams2013. I'd be glad to get you pointed in the right direction for having someone remote into your computer and assist with setting up a new loan.
Here's how you can request a phone call from a support agent so that they can remote into your computer:
Click the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
Select Contact US on the pop-up.
Enter your question in the How can we help? field and choose Continue.
Click Get a callback.
Enter your contact information.
Select Call me.
Should you not see the option for Get a callback, you can toggle it by entering Support in How can we help?.
