I'd suggest using the Get a callback feature from the Help menu. This way, one of our representatives will confirm your call. From there, they can help you transfer your data file back to QuickBooks Desktop.
Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
- Select Contact Us and enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? box.
- Then, click Continue.
- Choose to Send a message and enter your contact information.
- Once done, select Continue.
