I need more users in QBO Advance

Consider having a 3rd party app and migrate some of users to use it. e.g for sales team, you may have a CRM app; for AP team, you may have a payment service app. Otherwise, consider switching to QB Desktop Enterprise

To upgrade your current subscription: 

1. Go to the Gear icon (⚙) and select Account and Settings.
2. Click the Billing & Subscription menu and click on Upgrade. 
3. Choose QuickBooks Online Advanced and select Upgrade.
4. Add your payment information and select Save.
