I need to add my existing accountant to be able to view our Quickbooks.

Welcome and thanks for taking the time to post here in the Community!

 

Adding an accountant to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) is pretty simple! All you need to do is to Settings. Before doing so, you need to log in as a primary admin first.

 

Once done, please refer to these steps:

 

  1. In QBO, go to the Settings (gear icon) at the top right.
  2. Click Manage users.
  3. Proceed to the Accounting firms tab, then select Invite.
  4. Enter your accountant's information.
  5. Hit Save to complete.

 

Once done, your account will receive an email invitation from QuickBooks. The email has steps for how to connect your accounts. If your accountant doesn't have QuickBooks Online Accountant, there's also a link for how to sign up.
