I suggest going to the Account and Settings. From there, you'll have the option to cancel your subscription.
Once done, please wait for our email that confirms we canceled your subscription. For more information, you can also check this article for reference: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial.
Also, you'll have read-only access to your QBO data for a year after you cancel your subscription. To learn more about data availability and export policies after cancellation, kindly check out this article: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?.
