I suggest going to the Account and Settings. From there, you'll have the option to cancel your subscription.
Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon at the upper right corner. Then, choose Account and Settings.
- Select the Billing and subscription tab.
- From the QuickBooks section, choose Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
- Select Continue to cancel. Then, click the Continue to cancel button.
- Follow the next steps.
- Select Submit and cancel subscription.
- Hit Got it.
