I need to cancel the Advanced Quickbook account I purchased on 6/9/2025 to begin billing on 9/9/2025 for 50% off. Replace with beginner for 50% off.

Switch the account for Advanced to the Simple beginners plan at 50% off. Board will not approve the amount at 50% off that I signed for on 6/9/2025. My Board will not approve the Advanced account at 50%off.

You can directly cancel your QBO Advanced account through the Subscription and Billing section, Georgina.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as the primary or company admin.
  2. Navigate to Settings and select Subscriptions and Billing.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Online. If you're canceling a trial, select Cancel your trial.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

After you’ve canceled your account, visit the QuickBooks pricing page to subscribe to the Beginner Plan (Simple Start). Follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the QBO pricing page and select Simple Start.
  2. Create a new Intuit account or sign in.
  3. Enter your billing information.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the subscription process.
