Upgrading or downgrading your QBO plan will surely change your monthly fee. You can do this on the billing and subscription page in your account settings. Just select the upgrade or downgrade option in the quickbooks product section.
The features that you'll lost or have when you change your plan will be shown to you when you select a new plan.

We can change your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription by going to the Billing & Subscription page. From there, you can either upgrade or downgrade your plan.
