Did you subscribed to the regular QuickBooks Online version? If yes, there isn’t a need to delete your account. As long as you’ve set it up within the 60-day period from the sign-up date, you can use the Purge feature to start again.
Log in to your QuickBooks Online Company, and go to your company’s dashboard.
However, if you’ve subscribed to our Intuit Learning Program, you’ll need to contact us at email@example.com so we can do the process for you. Our Customer Care team has the necessary tools specifically for this type of account.
