It's possible that you've accidentally created another account when subscribing to QuickBooks Online. This can be the reason why you have a new company file.
If you wish to subscribe to your old trial version, you'll want to open its company file first. Then, update your payment information from there. This way, you can continue using the file. Here's how:
Once done, you can now continue using your old company file in QuickBooks.

You will have to cancel the second account and pay your trial account with the regular rate. Another option, if your trial account is not yet expired, utilize the Copy tool to duplicate data to your second account.
