You can invite your user as a Company Administrator in QuickBooks.
Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon at the top-right.
- Select Manage Users.
- Locate the user, then tick the Edit option under the Action column.
- In the User Type drop-down, pick the user type you want.
- Once done, hit Save.
