I need to renew my subscription

I'm here to help, teresalanahan. 

 

We'll need to make sure that we have the current version of QuickBooks Desktop Payroll and updated billing information to run and process payroll. When updating the billing method in QBDT, let's ensure that we're the primary contact to seamlessly change it. 

 

Here's how renew our payroll subscription within QuickBooks Desktop: 

  1. Go to Employees, then choose My Payroll Service and click Account/Billing Information.
  2. Let's use Intuit Account credentials.
  3. In the Service Information section, select the Reactivate link next to the service status.
  4. Click your payroll service, then select Proceed to Checkout.
  5. Enter a Payment Method, you can update or add your payment information. Then select Submit.
  6. Click Place Order and then Next. Click Return to QuickBooks.
  7. Verify that your service is active by signing back in, and selecting Employees, then My Payroll Service.
  8. Then select Account/Billing Information and check the Service Status.

Then, we can run the latest payroll tax table for updates so that when we run payroll taxes are calculated correctly.
